GUIDE FOR AUTHORS
1. Authors are invited to submit an Extended Abstract (Short Paper) (maximum 3 pages, including figures and references)
2. Short paper can be written in Arabic, English or French
3. Submissions must follow the official AISEA’25 Template, available here :

4. The AISEA’25 conference will be held entirely online and participation is free of charge.
5. Publication of the conference proceeding : All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings This publication will offer a comprehensive overview of the papers presented and will be distributed to all conference participants. In addition, it will be made available online on the conference website. The authors are responsible for ensuring that their papers are free from errors and formatted according to the provided template prior to submission.

7. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
